:: Reaching Nepal ::

This last week has been a good reminder to me of how much I love to teach the Word of God. I have always loved to preach. Something about it gives me such joy and excitement. When I began teaching at Fairview Christain Academy, I realized how much I enjoyed teaching the Word in a classroom. The joy in teaching His Word comes from three things: 1. Knowing that I am giving the living Word to hungery hearts? 2. Experiancing the passion that the Word brings out in me.? 3. Seeing the lives of my students change for God’s glory.

One of the nice things about where I am now is that I am able to teach a class at our Bible college. While I was walking to my class this morning, I was stopped by the man who runs the college and asked if I would teach Bible Study methods to the incoming freshmen. Without even thinking I accepted. What a great God we serve who gives us such joy is serving Him. Pray that I will be faithful to the Word and passionate in the classroom. Pray that my students will catch a vision for reaching the forgotten people of their land.
